Modern hotel with garden views and very friendly and pleasant staff. Outstanding food and impeccable service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Quiet atmosphere, magnificent restaurant with at least edible food;))
Beds were very small.

The breakfast was decent with a good variety of choices. Plus, the location is convenient, being close to France and Strasbourg. 😊.

The young staff in the restaurant were under pressure due to being understaffed butt did a great job! Room was comfortable though noise from adjacent room was distracting at 3.00 am
Desk staff were helpful and spoke good English but weren't overly friendly. Thin walls were a drawback

We stayed there overnite on our Alsace trip. There's nothing special to say about the hotel itself - but we got all we need there (bed, shower, and the dinner). You'll need a car to get to/back.

The location of this hotel is great since it's close to France and right in the heart of the city. 🇫🇷.

We found the hotel very convenient for an overnight stay near a motorway between Calais and the north of Italy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff most helpful. The modern decor was very tasteful.
Air conditioning would have been appreciated. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed at the time of our visit.

Had a pleasant one-day stay at this venue with friendly staff and a spacious twin room with a large bathroom.

I have found the staff to be really nice but in my tiny room here was really terrible bed to sleep on; extremely unconfortable; what a terrible night; for sure I will never again sleep in that hotel

The room was cheap.
There was nothing available at this hotel in that it was a Monday and everything was closed including the restaurant in the hotel. We had to travel to the next town Hagenau to get something to eat. Reception also closed early. Reception staff not very helpful. No a/c in room and we couldn't leave windown open as it was easily accessible by a roof beside the window. Not much available in the morning food wise. Breakfast overpriced for what we got.

I loved staying here as it was a charming small place, and my comfortable triple room had all modern amenities including a multi-channel TV, a study table, and a radio.

The food in the restaurant was really lovely
We were not able to eat at the restaurant on the second stay-over because it was fully booked. It's worth booking a table in advance to ensure that you don't need to try to find somewhere to eat in a town you don't know after a day of travelling.

We arrived very late due to severe traffic delays and we were too late for dinner although we found breakfast to be very enjoyable .We felt that the room and the bathroom to be very comfortable and practical ,although it would benefit from a shower screen .The hotels location made it accessible to the adjacent motorways which was of great help to our trip. Overall we would certainly recommend the hotels to others needing a hotel on that route .
Very little to dislike and we felt the hotel will offer a good location to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel close to Baden Baden but across the Rhine and just in France .
